Interaction with Sherriff Deputy Brandon Figarelle
Before watching this video I would like you to know what I went through before this video took place. This Deputy first stepped out of the vehicle and went straight to the front of his vehicle taking pictures. He did not address me or the other witness at all. He did not check to see what he hit. As he took pictures of the damage I could hear vaguely as he talking into the phone. I could make out cursing. He proceeded to do this for 7-8 minutes as Stilletta was in a state of suffering and pain. When he approached I asked him the only thing that made sense in my mind as she was in pain and suffering. If I knew what I knew now I would have never asked the monster the question that I did. "Can you please put her out of her misery?" HIs response was cold and showed that he had no idea about the state law and that officer's are allowed to put down an animal that is suffering.
